You’ve minded for diamonds, traded emeralds, and built a portal to a whole new realm. Now it’s time to put your skills to the test in MOSI’s Minecraft Mania! Play and learn while tackling individual, small group, and full-team challenges that you build your computer skills as you work on perfecting your strategies, enchanting your armor, or even learn some basic coding as you defend your city from an alien attack!

This adults-only event celebrates flavor, culture, and a Tampa icon. Sample creative takes on the Cuban sandwich from local restaurants, then vote for your favorite! Classic or bold twist—who will win? Discover the science behind the sandwich: why the bread crunches, how pickles are made, and what makes flavors pop.
