How do I sign up as a group?
Submit the group reservation form on this website. Submitting a group reservation form does not guarantee your booking. A Reservationist will check availability then reach out to you with additional information and next steps with 48 hours of your submission.

What are my options for a school group?
Educational groups have the option of enjoying MOSI's exhibits as well as adding on educational programs, dissection labs, or planetarium shows.

How far in advance do I need to reserve my group?
Reservations must be made at least 14-days in advance. A $50 deposit or signed letter of intent must be submitted no later than 14-days prior to your visit, to hold your reservation.
Groups that do not reserve in advance are not eligible for group discounts or programs.
Are chaperones free?
MOSI requires the following chaperone ratios*
Preschool: 1 adult per 5 students
Elementary/Middle School: 1 adult per 10 students
High School: 1 adult per 15 students
*Special needs groups – adult to student ratio as needed by group.
All required chaperones receive free admission to MOSI and all programs, with the exception of the Sky Trail® Ropes Course. Adults accompanying the group beyond the required number of chaperones pay group rates and must be included in the group's reservation to be considered a part of the group.
Any adults paying individually will be charged the standard General Admission fee and will not be permitted to attend the group's private programming. MOSI Memberships and special passes do not apply to group rates.
Who can reserve the Sky Trail® Ropes Course?
Any group can reserve the Sky Trail® Ropes Course!
The Ropes Course requires that all children have a waiver, hand-signed by their legal guardian to participate. Waivers may be printed and signed in advance and then brought in, or they may be signed in person, day of.
