Are you ready for one of the most exciting 4th of July events in Tampa? Celebrate Independence Day at MOSI with Stars, Stripes, & Science! Enjoy live music, planetarium shows, food & drinks, science demos, and more!
Guests can discover crowd favorites like the rainbow fire demo, liquid nitrogen ice cream, baseball-themed activities, games, and even a dunk tank! In the Saunders Planetarium, families can experience special presentations on the dome screen, including a sensory-friendly fireworks experience at 4:30 PM, guided star tours, and additional fireworks shows that are not designated sensory friendly.
Best of all, your participation helps support MOSI’s mission to inspire curiosity and a love of science.
*PLEASE NOTE: MOSI will close to the public at 3PM on the day of the event

Ticket Upgrades:
Purchase an upgraded ticket for 360° views of Tampa’s fireworks from the Dome Rooftop. Also, enjoy select complimentary refreshments and exclusive telescope viewings of the night sky. Guests are strongly encouraged to wear comfortable, sensible shoes for rooftop and telescope viewings.

Julie Black is a GRAMMY-nominated and critically-acclaimed Florida singer-songwriter who echoes the intense energy of early blues & jazz legends. Her soulful sound escapes time & genre. Dave Eichenberger, is an award-winning guitarist and ambient composer (NEA artist, Dalì Museum, Seymour Duncan) known for his sonic explorations and meticulous approach to music. - Non-refundable: Tickets are non-refundable except in the event of cancellation by MOSI.
- Non-transferable: Tickets cannot be transferred to a future date under any circumstances.

- Please enter from the 2nd Floor of the Holloway Digital Dome Theatre
- If you choose to leave during the show, please exit AND re-enter on the 4th Floor
- If you are late to the show, please enter on the 4th Floor
Food & Beverage
- To help maintain the cleanliness and condition of the theatre, food and beverages are permitted only if they are properly contained. All drinks must have a secure lid, and all food items must be kept in some sort of container or bag while inside the theatre. Open food, uncovered beverages, or items that may spill are not permitted inside the theatre.

- Accessible entry is located on the 4th Floor of Holloway Digital Dome Theatre
