Book a Birthday Party

Party Rules and Regulations Agreement*
I have completely read the MOSI Rules and Regulations for a Children's Birthday Party Packages and understand and agree to the terms and conditions.*
No Refund Policy Acknowledgement*
I am aware of the no refund policy.*
Responsibility Acknowledgement*
I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for any damage to the property of MOSI which may result from my use, or any act done on or at MOSI by me or any person coming or being on or at MOSI by license or permission, expressed or implied, and I agree to save MOSI harmless from any liability to any person or estate for damage to person or property, result from any such causes. MOSI is not liable for a cancellation due to unforeseen happening or catastrophic event.*
Additional Guest Acknowledgement*
I understand that the party fee paid upon booking includes admission for up to 30 people to access the party room, participate in the party activities, and receive general admission to MOSI's permanent exhibits. I also understand that that should my group exceed 30 people, a standard MOSI general admission ticket must be purchased for each additional guest and that additional guests will not have access to the party room.*

Add-on experiences last approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour and will be scheduled outside of the 1.5 hour in the party room
